Kick-On for Women is an introductory program to football designed specifically for women who are juggling their commitments of family, work and friends but also want to get out and be active.
The program has a strong focus on fun, inclusion and friendship. It provides participants the opportunity to spend time focusing on their own fitness and well-being as well as gain some basic competencies in football in a judgement-free environment.
Kick-on for Women is open to women 16 years and over and the sessions consist of 25 minutes of skill based games followed by 20 minutes of small sided games.
Once a week for 8 consecutive weeks (Wednesday evening, 7pm)

Participants can wear joggers/sand shoes or football boots and should wear comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle.

Once you have logged in to PlayFootball, scroll down and select the 'Kick on for Women 7pm' product.
When your registration and payment are complete be sure to download and sign up for TeamApp - it is how the club will communicate information about the program to participants. Search for Kick-On for Women - QEP and request to be a participant.
